Dr. Konrad Korobacz
Konrad joined Lorien Novalis as a student teacher in 1974 and has been involved in teaching and administration. Konrad brings to the school over 40 years of experience working on Boards and in school leadership. His experience and knowledge of Governance in NSW, VIC and SA, and abroad bring a diverse perspective to regulatory practice, governance, and leadership to Lorien.
Lillia is our Lorien Novalis Kindergarten Teacher. She has been a dedicated member of the Lorien teaching staff for over twenty years. She provides support and guidance to the Early Childhood teachers and weaves her extensive teaching experience into the classes she creates for the kindergarten children.
Vivien has been teaching in Steiner schools for over 35 years and joined Lorien Novalis in 1997, teaching as a Class Teacher. She is current Head of Primary School, teaching and providing mentoring and leadership to current Class Teachers and support staff throughout the Primary School.
Greg’s background in education spans over 35 years, he has worked as a teacher in State, Catholic
and Independent Schools. In Steiner Education, he has been a Class Teacher, Class Guardian, Faculty Coordinator and former Head of School at Shearwater, The Mullumbimby Steiner
Greg believes that education extends beyond the experiences of school, which should be the basis
for lifelong learning. School should provide a safe, warm and caring environment; challenging
and rich learning experiences; and respectful and meaningful relationships that enable
students to develop as creative, freethinking individuals so they can participate successfully
and constructively in the wider community.
